Whatever the project, it requires time and agility in the face of the different facets of this challenge. However, your time is precious. My support will be a major asset in relieving you of a significant work overload.

After evaluating your needs, an action plan will be drawn up. The different stages will be explained and delegated according to the teams if possible. In project management mode, I will take care of communication between stakeholders and measure in real time the achievement of objectives or their revision.

Whether it is to increase your turnover, for the physical development of your company in more suitable premises, whether it is a question of several recruitments or the acquisition of new tools in order to make you more efficient, we will establish a schedule together and its management, the restructuring of teams or premises.
My mission will be to advise you in your reflections in relation to my observations in the field, and in your decision-making according to the objectives, brakes and levers encountered.
