There are several types of audits carried out by experts external to the companies assessed. In addition to the usual audits such as accounting and financial, internal and external or even legal, the organizational audit is an instrument to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a company while the environmental audit focuses on strategies of a company within the framework of respect for the environment. Finally, the quality audit is systematic and based on objective compliance criteria. It is an element of quality management of a company and key to the various standards.
NEOS Partner will, through various audits, factually assess the technical and organizational performance of the supplier. We carry out evaluations, qualifications and approvals on the basis of objective and subjective criteria.

Qualification & analysis

Based on benchmarks and with my qualifications, I assess suppliers on compliance with standards regardless of the aspect of the audit. The criteria are at several levels:

  • Regulatory: IFRA, Reach, food standards, GMP, ISO 9235, ISO 22000, HACCP, etc.
  • Quality: Reproducibility, traceability, ISO 9001 … This audit is accompanied by in-depth analyzes such as for heavy metals, bacteriological risks, etc.
  • Financial: turnover, costs, size of the company, cultivated area, …
  • Service: Deadline, logistics, innovation, responsiveness, etc.
  • CSR: Social, environment, sustainable development, ethics, etc.
  • Methods / Process: Production, organic, harvests, Ecocert, cultivation, conventional, etc.

Analyzes will follow to see if they meet the identified needs and expectations.

Reportings

The audits are then drafted and give rise to reports. This is an assessment of supplier compliance against documented benchmarks. The report reviews in more depth the appreciation of their company’s tools and methods as well as the different facets of its identity.
It is also a detailed account of the process and the company’s harvests, which will allow you to assess the stability of its activity or not. These reports will be a very useful tip in your decision to enter into a partnership with the supplier.
