First of all, what is Sourcing ? As the name suggests, it’s all about finding the source. Sourcing is used to analyze and evaluate different suppliers on the same need for a company.
We compare the price and the quality and thus decrease the purchases by increasing the suppliers’ competition. According to the client’s needs, we identify the services according to the needs and their conformity.

Sourcing is therefore the methodical search and selection of suppliers who meet the customer’s needs most effectively.

I am independent of the companies consulted, visited and evaluated, which allows me to act in the best interests of my clients and to be transparent about the markets and their negotiations. My actions are targeted and comprehensive, I am present throughout the process: from research to monitoring contracts while passing through the implementation of a purchasing strategy.

I know the difficulty of sourcing certain raw materials, the pressure on prices which are going up. I recognize that the demands are increasingly specific. The specifications and the partners that you choose must be just as invested as you in the responsible approach undertaken.

Together, we study the suppliers and supply chains that meet the various criteria in the specifications. NEOS Partner collaborates to quantify and qualify their responses and allows you to select those who will be the most suitable to answer your requirements.
